Winter Storm Aftermath: Information for HCMUD 278 Residents
Residents who experienced property damage due to the February 2021 freeze may be interested in measures being taken by the Board of Directors for HCMUD 278 to provide relief to those affected.
District residents may now apply for bill adjustments due to leaks or busted pipes that were sustained during the winter storm. For more information on the opportunity provided by the District, or to fill out the application for leak adjustments, follow this link:

Additionally, as with Hurricane Harvey, Harris County has created a survey for residents who were impacted by the winter storm. The County will use the data from the survey to support their application for state and/or federal aid.
All affected residents are encouraged by Harris County to complete the survey below.
